Hernandez, Ministry Assistant
A graduate of the Family Growth
Program, Betty has come full circle from experiencing
firsthand Good Samaritan's ministry to the homeless,
to ministering to those in need. The ministry didn't
just offer a job, but an opportunity to grow in the
LORD. Her responsibilities include coordinating the
monthly food pantry -- Manna Market between staff, volunteers
and families; coordinating the set-up of apartments
for new residents; and arranging for the drop-off or
pick-up of in-kind donations. She also provides general
assistance to staff leadership, among other administrative
duties. Since Betty started working for the ministry,
her LOVE for the LORD has made her life fulfilling.
